Maldita caloooooooooorr....ayer me fui a corrermis 40min.y todo ok,hasta que (supongo que por la calor)me salieron unos ampollones guapos guapos enlos pies.....por lo visto por la temperatura del asfalto......sipongo que tambien tendra que ver el salir 3 veces 40 min.......
descanso activo y el lunes a seguir...
